Stayed here recently during our Paris trip. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, especially near the Louvre and metro stations. Staff were polite and responsive. Unfortunately, we did encounter cockroaches in our original room, which was disappointing. However, the hotel immediately transferred us to another room once we reported it, and the issue was handled promptly. Overall, we still had a lovely stay in Paris, but I hope the hotel continues improving its pest control and room maintenance.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location…. But as a traveler I pick where I stay based on amenities and price and location. I emailed the property to verify air conditioning and shampoo and conditioner. Not sure who responded but I was told they had all 3. Upon arrival I was told air conditioning is not turned on til a certain date. This is absolutely unacceptable when I emailed beforehand and it’s non refundable. They also have a body wash for shampoo and lotion for conditioner. So was not told the truth on either thing. The hair dryer only worked for 30 seconds at a time before it cut off. Had I been told the accurate information I would not have stayed here. Not being upfront with patrons is unforgivable. Travelers should not be taken advantage of just because. I’m not sure who to blame here but this is unacceptable in a hospitality atmosphere. I did my due diligence but contacting the establishment before hand

Clean small hotel. 3 minutes from the Louvre. 12 minutes to the Musee D’Orsay. Lots of good food nearby
