The Corte Nova is just a 5 minute walk from St. Mark's Square, in the heart of Venice. It offers self-catering apartments with traditional furnishings, and free Wi-Fi. Corte Nova Residence is housed in a completely restored historic Venetian palazzo facing the canal. All Corte Nova's apartments are air conditioned with a full kitchen and offer views of the canal while some overlook the quiet, internal courtyard. Residence Corte Nova has a private dock and is near Riva degli Schiavoni, where you can admire views of the Lagoon. The nearest water-bus stop is San Zaccaria. This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful!
