This property does not have elevators

This was horrible, but it’s my fault for looking for something cheap, when we got there the location alone was weird, and looking around there’s people sitting outside smoking and kids running around with just diapers. All red flags it was me and my daughter, we woke up itching like crazy and come to found out they had bedbugs my daughter body is full with red spots and also same thing with me, she can’t stop itching all over her body I’m have bumps everywhere, from the bedbugs they should be not be in business cause that is crazy DO NOT BOOK THERE PLEASE, this should be illegal.

no hot water and i am still trying to get my money back. The staff keep saying the manager isnt in or just left etc. I will not give up till I recd my refund
