False advertising and a health & safety concern: Where to start: i was told over the phone by a Sleep Inn employee that the room i was renting through Hotels.com would have a jetted tub. When we arrived not only was that not true there wasn’t a tub at all! The manager on duty said there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t even cancel the reservation for us because we had booked through Expedia. One of the beds was caved in badly one side. At 5:15 AM we were awakened by what sounded like the shower running. It turned out to be dripping from a light fixture in the shower, thank God we weren’t showering when that nasty water started flooding through! NOISY: then the elephant in the room above us was pounding around for an hour from 5:15-6-15 am, so there was no going back to sleep. Also, at many points we heard people’s voices so clearly it sounded like our door was open, so it was either the hall door or adjoining door that had no sound barrier. The staff did move us to another room after the water started gushing through the shower light fixture.
