This property is not a functional hotel and should be removed from Hotels.com immediately. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived at 7:20 PM on Monday after driving all day only to be told the office was closed and they were overbooked. Even though they turned us away with nowhere to go, they still had the audacity to charge my card for the first night. The property itself is incredibly sketchy and does not resemble a legitimate travel accommodation; it appears to be a poorly maintained long-term residence. We were forced to find a last-minute hotel at a premium price. Avoid this place at all costs.
