The place is fine. It's not really a hotel, more an old house turned into accommodation. We were travelling with bikes. Getting to the 2nd floor with a narrow, rather smelly stairwell was a challenge. Don't use the rainshower head on the shower as you will flood the place! The building is quiet but hot and when the window is open, its noisy. A plus is thats its a easy walk to old St-Malo and its close to all ammenities.

Space was perfect for me, with clean, modern decor and furnishings. Bathroom was impeccably clean. Great location for walking to the beach and to the old town. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful for making the most of my short visit. Sound proofing between rooms and street was pretty poor but I used ear plugs and slept well.
