The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The checkout time and where breakfast was located was not mentioned to me when checking in, although the staff was friendly when I approached them to ask. The valet parking was quick and convenient. I researched parking ahead of time, so it wasn’t a surprise to me. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. I recommend this location to anyone with an event downtown, we walked easily to the Kia Center in about 15 minutes.

The property was nice however house keeping never cleaned my room my stay was 3 days I requested for fresh bath linens several times never received I wasn’t given any options for parking other than using valet parking
