We turned up at the correct check in time, no one was at the property, we called and knocked the door but no answer. We had to check in to another b&b and pay again! Absolutely shocking, we had our 6 year old with us as well! I want a refund otherwise I will take it further, I have tried to contact yourselves but no response!!!

Very disappointed. Dirty room, mold on the wall, broken shower room. I was afraid that the ceiling would fall on us...
