This property does not have elevators

Visited 3 rooms, having complained about what the gave me, 107 , 207 and finally stayed in 417. All rooms Dated, poorly kept, even the room we stayed in was the best of the worst. At one point trying to open the sash window, I thought it was about to fall into the road below, but I kept hold. Thankfully. Needs Massive investment.

Stained carpets and walls. Toilet bleached but poo still at the bottom. Damp bubbling paint on the window wall, windows missing locks/out style so drafty. General new paint job required - window white varnish flaked off revealing wood timbers, gloss paint also on the window panes. 1 of 2 lifts were out of order and the working lift was single occupancy. The view of the pier was very good from the room. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special, would be improved with a coffee machine offering more options not just black filter coffee which milk can be added to, also only one hot drinks table so service was slow due to queueing.

Good breakfast, great value for money. My single room was a good size, but the bed wasn't great. The bathroom, was also fine, although the shower had very poor pressure. For the money, it is absolutely fine - just don't have unrealistic expectations!
