This property does not have elevators

The front sign states restraunt and bar, neither is true. I was asked to pay £10 a night for our dog stay, it was cash in hand to the owners wife for pocket money. Owner not sociable or approachable. Receptionist and cleaner were both very helpful and very friendly. Big damp patch on roof above bed. Business executive room was small double room. I got the room because of the bath, i had recently had a major operation and needed to have a bath daily, only one day of hot water even after asking for it to be put on. Heating was a joke. Cleaning gets done at the end of the week when you leave, we had to ask daily for tea and coffee. Shower constantly cold. Parking was small and had several big works vans. Owner invisible on daily basis behind clised door. I would not recommend staying here. Major concearn was that the fire door with sign "Keep closed" outside our room area was actually daily held open with a fire extinguisher.
