The seasonal pool will be open from May 30 to October 15 This property does not have elevators

Check in was at 4 we arrived at 430. They were running behind which I totally get but I had to go the bathroom (badly) not her problem. Room would be ready in twenty five minutes. Room smelled very musty.i know it’s the ocean but if we had to wait that long to have it cleaned a fresher smell would have been nice. No hot water in the shower literally only cold.
