The staff are lovely and helpful. I did not think the room we had could be classed as superior because the bed has an old fashioned type of mattress which is not comfortable. For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. The buffet breakfast is quite basic, there were no croissants or pastries of any kind. The location is absolutely beautiful . The staff are great but for the price I was a little disappointed .

Really beautiful room, but hard to figure out the heating to warm up the room, as well as no dressing table to do hair /makeup at, could only do in the bathroom. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was good apart from no orange juice or fruit which I usually have. Checkout was awkward as at 9.55am we found the building was closed, as we didn't know what to do with the keys, spoke and explained to the cleaner, who then said she didn't speak English. However overall we enjoyed our stay and all the staff were very nice .
