Overall the place location and staff are great but on our visit a couple of things let the whole experience down. On arrival the gentleman who dealt with us was either busy or not very good with customer service. The welcome on arrival was below a good standard. We wasn't advised about the Check out process ( we had to leave early) or WiFi. The room we were given had a few small issue's. Main door had a big gap so during the night a lot of light could be seen from the landing, the bathroom door wasn't easy to close all the way and when stood to use the toilet you have to lean to the side to avoid the ceiling. Apart from these few things the rooms are nice, clean and had a great view of the countryside. With all that said the gentleman and lady that helped us through the evening and meal were outstanding. The food was great. All in all it was mostly enjoyable and we would consider going back.
