This property does not have elevators

Looks nothing like the pictures, very run down and unclean. The carpet on the stairs was absolutely rotten, that was a clue as to what was to come… The shower temperature was all over the place, room needed painting and all in all was generally unclean. Overpriced, never again will I say in this location. The only upside was the staff were genuinely very nice and helpful, I didn’t have the heart to complain to them as you can see they are trying to make the best of a bad situation.

After paying over £150, I expected a nice experience. Our double bed was two beds pushed together. Kitchen in room was not cleaned. No hand wash in bathroom.
