This property advertises 24 hour check in but that is not the case. We arrived at 8:30 am after being on planes for 15 hours to discover our rooms weren’t ready yet and we had to wait until 2pm to check in. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to put our things in our rooms before checkin, and we stopped into a little bakery to have something to eat while we waited, but overall this was not pleasant and a bad experience with the place. However I do want to highlight this location had excellent cleaning staff, and was extremely conveniently located by Oktoberfest. I would probably stay again for those qualities alone.

Do not stay here, the self check in is ridiculous and did not work on any of our cards. Called the number and the person who picked up had no professionalism and seemed like a scammer legit picked up the phone and said “WHO IS THIS” … blamed us for it not working. We had to stay across the road at the Holiday inn which was far nicer and ended up being the same price, highly recommend. DO NOT STAY HERE from what I saw despite not being able to check in the rooms were gross and there were lots of loud people yelling and stomping around. After all of this I was still charged by Expedia even though we couldn’t check in!!!!
