The room was big and lovely, and I loved the big bathroom and high-power shower head. But the desk was stained and had something stuck to it. They warn that daily room service is not a thing, but I only had my room serviced once in a 4-night stay. Snitched some coffee from a cart in the hallway one day so I could have my coffee. And the overflow lot is across the street and poorly lit - as an older woman traveling alone, I was not happy with that.

Although the room was prepaid there were fees for parking ($15 per day) which was outside. There were fees for the area of Richmond in which it was located. There was a lot of trouble with tv reception in the rooms. The lobby is very nice. The bistro fine. No free food or coffee in the lobby.
