The seasonal pool will be open from May 01 to October 31 This property does not have elevators

booked to stay weekend for back to back concerts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. Surf House was convenient to the location less then 1/4 mile and easy to walk back and forth from the beach. Room was very clean and comfortable, definitely revisiting if my sons would like to visit the beach for a weekend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a great visit back to the beach. .

The staff was excellent and I had an assigned parking spot. The room was bright with an updated shower and balcony overlooking the pool.

This was a refreshing throwback to the days of private motel ownership. The staff was very nice and the room, while small was very clean and the shower sea was nicely modernized. Having said this, there are some shortcomings. It took quite some time to register due to what appeared to be a slightly outdated software system, and amenities like decent coffee or any access to snacks just wasn’t there. However, it is a reasonably priced alternative within walking distance to the beach. Good for a short stay.
