The young lady, Priscilla (at the front desk), was AMAZING!!! The way she made me feel when I told her it was my birthday, was unbelievable. You'd think she'd known me for years! The suite was extra large, clean, and the amenities were hypoallergenic. Very quiet property, too. Will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Durham University Medical Center and thought it was an excellent option for both business and family travel. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and having the kitchen setup made longer stays much more convenient. The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel — modern equipment with free weights, pull-up station, treadmills, ellipticals, and even a Peloton bike. There’s also a pool, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. Nice touches included freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate, and an extensive complimentary breakfast that was much better than typical hotel breakfasts. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Duke’s campus and the highway. The front desk staff was also very kind and accommodating, including allowing us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, it felt comfortable, practical, and well thought out — a great balance for work trips or traveling with family.
