This property does not have elevators

Wonderful property in a lovely neighborhood close to many things. My only complaint is that on a couple mornings there was no place open at 7am to get coffee. We were told that the hotel would have coffee ready by 7 but twice there was no coffee. Even at 7:45. In the grand scheme of things it wasn’t that big a deal but the reason it was a big problem is because nothing in the neighborhood opened until 8.

Avoid this hotel! The hotel and room were very dated and in poor condition, room hadn’t been cleaned in places, a damp smell and stains in the room and on the bedding, lighting was poor with only light coming from a scruffy courtyard, bathroom was a damp windowless room with no fan, the sink was in the bedroom rather than bathroom. From 5am each morning there were extremely loud running drains outside the window that kept us awake. Staff were only occasionally at reception or seemingly in the building and left the booking invoices with personal details on the desk and computer screen.
