Eleven Stafford Street was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! If you struggle with stairs, be sure to book a room lower down as they were quite steep. The bed was large and comfy, though the pillows are due for a replacement. The decor and the bathroom products were gorgeous. My only complaint is that the staff left our bed unmade (??) which I’ve never seen happen at a hotel before in all my years of travel, let alone at a hotel as nice as this. When I reached out to have it rectified, I didn’t hear back until after we had checked out - and the reasoning was because our pyjamas were on the bed. Very odd service and response. There are no staff on site so it’s a bit impersonal and you’re at the mercy of their response time. But other than that it was a lovely stay and you can’t beat the location.
