You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodations address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.
