This property does not have elevators

This was the scariest place I’ve ever stayed. Although the room looked modern and appealing on the website, it was completely deceiving in person. There were groups of intimidating individuals hanging out in the parking lot and outside of cars, which made the environment feel unsafe from the moment I arrived. The room itself had serious privacy and security issues. You could clearly see outside through gaps at the top and bottom of the door. The window shade did not fully cover the large window, leaving the entire room visible from outside. I had to use the shower curtain to block the window for privacy. Even more concerning was the adjoining door to another room, which was secured only by what appeared to be a very cheap latch. I could lean against it and easily push into the adjoining room. I did not feel safe at all and ultimately left in the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying here due to serious safety and security concerns.

Breakfast is offered on the website. There was a sign on the breakfast room that said breakfast at 6:30. There was NO breakfast. Almost sounds like false advertising.

I was totally impressed after seeing several reviews. My room was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The staff was very attentive and personable. The hotel was in walking distance of several nearby stores. I definitely will be making a reservation again in the near future.
