This property does not have elevators

For value for money this was a perfect choice in London , great location and lovely room but it's evident this is a newly set up hostel - check-in and general communication needs to be improved (please update Google maps (the number I called on there also wasn't for the hostel , add contact details ie. a website or phone number ,or reply quicker than 4 days that it took on this app, have an electronic pin pad to enter rather than using a key ). For me it was ok but during my 3 nights I encountered multiple people outside the door wondering how to check in or once inside wondering where the staff were , also one night at 4AM a lad who was banging on the door trying to get in. I won't complain about the banging and general noise that can be heard through the walls because it's a hostel and it's expected but I will definitely urge you to improve communication with your guests in the future.
