This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you.

Do not book here and do not book with expedia. Expedia website had a glitch where everything I booked that day had the wrong dates. Hotel would not change dates, was difficult to get a hold of, and would not give me any refund, Expedia would not help me out despite multiple calls. Lost $2,500.
