An outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included with each unit. The common area has beach toys, coolers, beach wagons, which are available on a first come, first serve basis.

This first floor studio, called the Pelican features a brand new super comfortable QUEEN BED, sofa, sitting area, and a Smart TV. Bathroom has a walk in shower which includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer). 2 Beach chairs and beach towels are in the unit for your use. FULL KITCHEN includes a stove, oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, and is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, cookware and much more!

Brand new Mini Splits (a/c, heat, dehumidifiers) will keep you ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want to be!

Laundry facilities are also located in the common area for longer stays.
