You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for check-ins after 20:00, EUR 40 for check-ins after 21:00 and EUR 60 for check-ins after 23:00 until 1:00. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
