The bed was AWFUL. Very little support. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch bed while my husband slept on the mattress. It was just impossible for two of us to be on the mattress without it being super saggy. The staff was very helpful, but couldn’t refund our money since we booked through a third party.

I didn't know that to receive the email with all virtual check in info, the customer must reach out to the property. Apparently hotels.com will not share info nor do they tell you this step, so I was a bit worried my stay wasn't booked. Once I did speak to a property rep, it was fine and she was very responsive.
