Immediately tried to contact the place after booking wrong dates and tried to reschedule and offered to pay the difference. Hotels.com couldn't reach the place. We tried calling several times but couldn't reach. Finally the hotel returned to me on whatsapp around noon the next day. No reschedule or any other options. Can't say anything about the place itself but they should pick up the phone or answer Hotels.com inquiries more frequently.

The location of the hotel was ideal. The apartment itself was spacious though the door was a bit quirky to use.
