This property does not have elevators

The staff were pleasant and polite, but not terribly helpful. I let them know that there was hair on my pillows and in the sheets in my bed and I asked for clean pillowcases and a fitted sheet. They gave them to me and I just changed the bedding myself. I don’t mind doing that, but it would’ve been nice for someone to acknowledge that it was gross and assure me that it wasn’t indicative of the overall cleanliness

Most comfortable bed and cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Was a true home away from home - I can’t wait to stay here again.
